Yoga<\/h2>\n<p>Deze vorm van yoga leent zich uitstekend voor mensen met rug- en nekklachten.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Door onbewust de rug continu te belasten door een verkeerde zittende of staande houding worden de boven en onderrug chronisch belast. Dit geeft een disbalans tussen beweegspieren en de houdingsspieren dichtbij de wervelkolom. Soeple rugyoga werkt direct in op een kromme bovenrug door te gaan liggen op een rubberen strip en voor de onderrug op een opgerolde mat. De ene les besteden aandacht aan de bovenrug, de andere les aan bijvoorbeeld een torsi of het stabiliseren van je onderrug. Vaak komen deze thema\u2019s dan weer terug in de oefenserie\u2019s die we aan het eind van de les doen zoals bijvoorbeeld in een flowserie of de zonnegroet.
